Player Bio

Now entering his sixth year as a professional Rugby player, St.George Queensland Reds lock Cadeyrn Neville was a late bloomer in the sport having only started playing Rugby in 2009.

His background as an elite rower with the Australian Institute of Sport made his transition to Rugby easier, in the fitness stakes at least. His performances in the Shute Shield in 2011 earned him his first professional contract in Super Rugby.

While he is yet to make his Test debut, the future bodes well for his Wallabies aspirations as he has been named in Australian training camps twice before in 2012 and 2014.

Made his Reds debut against the Waratahs in Round 1 at the Sydney Football Stadium. Played in all 15 of their Super Rugby matches. Post-season shoulder surgery ruled him out of the National Rugby Championship.
Cadeyrn signed with the Reds ahead of the 2016 Super Rugby season, but joined his teammates during the 2015 Buildcorp National Rugby Championship as a member of the victorious McInnes Wilson Lawyers Brisbane City side.
